5. Service Availability

Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.

Cjobfit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages arising from service downtime, interruptions, data loss, or service unavailability.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued.

Users must not engage in spam, abuse, illegal content, or any activities that violate applicable laws or harm our platform or other users.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.

10. Changes & Notice

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications at least 30 days in advance.
